Q: I haven't received the order completion email yet.
A: If you enter an email address that uses a domain specific to a mobile phone carrier, such as ezweb.ne.jp, docomo.ne.jp, or softbank.ne.jp, the email may be rejected due to filters or device settings.
Q: How many days will it take for the product to arrive after I place an order?
A: Generally, we ship products by Yamato Transport no later than two business days after the order date. If you live in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku, etc., it will take one day for the product to arrive at your doorstep after being shipped, but if you live in Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, etc., it can be delivered at the earliest by the morning of the following day.
Q: What about plans to launch new brands and new products?

Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?

Q: I don't know how to use the gift card.
A: When you purchase a product, there is a box for entering a gift code on the payment screen. Enter the gift code from your gift card there to apply the gift.
Q: Can I use multiple gift cards at the same time?
A: Of course you can. Please enter both gift codes on the same payment screen.
Q: Do gift cards have an expiration date?
A: Generally, there is no expiration date. If there is a special reason for an expiration date, we will state this in the email when we send the gift card.
Q: Can I check the status of my delivery?
A: You can check the shipping status in the email we send you after the shipment is complete. The tracking number from Yamato Transport is also listed, so you can track it yourself.
